  I read BBC news about NI environment issues. I learned a lot from its article. So I would like to write what I understood about this.       First, COP26 is a major United Nations conference on climate change. The conference is being hosted in Glasgow from Sunday until 12 November. Glasgow is located in the southwest of Scotland.       In March, Northern Ireland set the target of reaching net zero carbon emissions by 2045. But the committee does not believe NI will achieve the target at the same time as the rest of UK. It is because Northern Ireland stands on shaky ground and its economic depends on agriculture. Agriculture is the biggest emitter accounting for 27 % of greenhouse gasses in NI. This is a cause of concerns from other countries.       Net zero is very important because it will help us stop heating up of planet.   　　　When I studied in a class, I knew one project which is aim to settle on Mars. It is called Mars One. Humanity has explored Mars since 1960 and next step for Mars exploration is permanent settlement. It was surprised me because I thought settling any location outside Earth will be difficult in the years ahead.       Today, I listened to Cosmetics. Of course, they talked about cosmetics literally. For example, eyebrow pencil and eyebrow mascara were inseparable and they were the crown on the face, they said. Also they checked out origins of name like concealer. It's role is to conceal something on the face. Therefore, it was named concealer. I could know some episodes about cosmetics and enjoyed listening.

  Hi, I am Suzuna Sakai and 19 years old. I was born and grow up in Hyogo, Kobe. I like playing basketball, volleyball and running. I have been played basketball for 7 years. I am majoring in faculty of engineering. I chose this faculty because I have been interested in environmental issue. I especially have an interest in renewable energy. When I was junior high school student, I assembled small solar power generation system. Also, I measured electronic power during summer vacation. It had some trouble, but I enjoyed it’s measurement. I do not know whether such field is suitable for me or not, but I would like to find what I really want to study through campus life in Hiroshima.
